US - Lake Lure NC

I’m not a big lake guy. The whole thing just seems so stagnant and swampy to me. In this particular case we happened to have a very nice house. The stairs were steep as shit to get to and from the lake, but at the end of the day, at least it was on the lake right? Some places had these cool funiculars to take goods and sometimes people up and down their giant hills…kinda neat.

We rented a pontoon boat which was pretty cool I guess.

We ate and drank and loafed around on floaties. Some people would say that sounds just about perfect. I guess I could see the a-lure. See what I did there?

Oh, also, I jumped off that house walk the plank shit. Yup, sure did.
